  We do charge a service charge, however, if once our technician has visited your broken appliance you decide to book a repair with us, we will remove the service charge from your invoice and instead take the cost off the total price of your repair.

• Do your repairs come with a guarantee?

  Yes! We're so confident in our ability to fix your washing machine that all of our repairs come with a guarantee.

• Can you repair front and top loading washers?

  Yes, we can repair all types of washing machine.

• Will your technician move the washer for me before the repair?

  Yes, there's no need to worry about moving your washing machine before our technician arrives. Please just make sure that the surrounding areas are clear and we'll do the rest!
